Conceived by XFRAME architects, this project for Tezign—a renowned Internet and AI technology company—embodies a dynamic approach to workspace functionality. With a sprawling area of 2400 m², this endeavor, completed in 2023, redefines the traditional office environment, offering a multifaceted ecosystem for productivity and collaboration.

A Conceptual Framework

Drawing inspiration from the urban landscape, XFRAME conceptualized the office as a microcosm of a city. Through a typological approach, they devised four distinct scenarios: Monuments, Dwellings, Streets, and Townhall. These elements seamlessly blend to create a versatile environment that caters to the diverse needs of modern working professionals.

Monumental Infrastructure: The Thick Wall Concept

Central to the design is the concept of the ‘Thick Wall’—a monumental infrastructure that serves as the backbone of the workspace.
