Amidst the challenges, the garden apartment emerged as a beacon of promise. With a smaller footprint compared to the rest of the property, it presented a slightly less daunting task. Spanning 1,500 square feet with its own entrance, the garden apartment boasted private green space and accommodated a full kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and laundry area. The stage was set for the Novogratzs to infuse their distinctive design ethos into every corner, creating an inviting ambiance that beckoned guests to linger.
